Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech/software development
- Professional certification (PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2) required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
