Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline optimization
- Stakeholder engagement and communication with executive leadership, clients, and technical teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Budget oversight and financial reporting with variance analysis
- Team leadership and mentorship of 3-5 project coordinators
- Process improvement through KPI tracking and PMO best practices
- Vendor management and third-party contract oversight
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Asana tools
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
