Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex technology projects, including Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall hybrid approaches
- Stakeholder management across executive, technical, and client-facing teams to ensure alignment and buy-in
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using data-driven decision frameworks
- Resource allocation and capacity planning for distributed global teams
- Implementation of project management best practices and tool optimization (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Budget management and financial forecasting with P&L accountability
- Performance reporting and KPI tracking for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with 3+ years in tech/IT
- PMP, CSM, or PRIME certification required
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with SAFe framework knowledge
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and contingency planning
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
