Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive cross-functional team collaboration in Scrum/Kanban environments
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder transparency
- Manage project budgets, track KPIs, and deliver regular executive-level progress reports
- Mentor junior project managers and champion continuous improvement initiatives
- Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and buy-in
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with 3+ years in tech/IT
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex projects in agile methodologies
- Expertise in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive change
