Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication channels.
- Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage resource allocation, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proposing effective contingency plans.
- Prepare accurate project status reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager (5+ years) within the IT or Digital sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certification preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts effectively.
- Experience managing remote and hybrid teams is highly desirable.
