Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to manage expectations and drive consensus.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- Allocate resources efficiently and monitor project budgets to ensure financial accountability.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Implement and maintain robust project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the IT or Technology sector.
- Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid PMP, PRINCE2, or similar professional certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
