Responsibilities

- Implementation of JIRA/Confluence workflows for transparency
- Post-implementation reviews and process optimization
- Mentorship of project management associates
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ in tech/enterprise environments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid frameworks
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and resource planning tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with SaaS product launches and cloud migrations
- Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities
