Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product, to achieve project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and contingency planning.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align project goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or CPM certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in the tech industry, preferably in software development or SaaS.
