Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and mobile platforms using modern technologies.
- PropTech Integration: Integrate with MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and IDX solutions to ensure real-time data accuracy.
- UX/UI Optimization: Collaborate with designers to refine property search interfaces and user journeys for maximum conversion.
- API Management: Build and document RESTful APIs to connect internal tools with third-party real estate services.
- System Maintenance: Perform code reviews, optimize database queries, and ensure system stability under high traffic loads.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews to mentor junior developers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue.js), Node.js, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Real Estate Knowledge: Experience working with PropTech, MLS data, or property management systems is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex backend and frontend issues.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
