Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise-level initiatives
- Coordinate 5+ cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, marketing) to deliver milestones on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and status reports
- Implement process improvements using Jira, Confluence, and MS Project tools
- Mentor junior project managers and drive continuous improvement in PMO practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in tech project management with 3+ years in SaaS
- PMP or CPM certification required with demonstrable Agile/Scrum expertise
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise projects ($500K+ budgets)
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite to technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives
