Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and quality control measures
- Manage project documentation, permits, and compliance with local building codes
- Resolve on-site issues and maintain client relationships throughout construction
- Conduct regular progress reviews and financial performance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive construction project management experience
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and Texas building regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (ProCore, AutoCAD, MS Project)
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
