- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure alignment and accountability
- Monitor project KPIs using Jira/Asana and implement corrective actions for risk mitigation
- Present executive-level progress updates and strategic recommendations to C-suite leadership
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for ROI maximization
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across global teams and external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with SaaS/tech products
- PMP or CPM certification required with Agile/Scrum mastery
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects with $1M+ budgets
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
- Strong stakeholder management with executive presence
