Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to maintain team velocity and morale.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively to prevent scope creep and ensure project stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to define clear project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, regular progress reporting, and status updates.
- Oversee resource allocation and budget management to ensure efficient project delivery and cost control.
- Drive continuous improvement processes within the project management department.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management with a minimum of 5-7 years in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Formal certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a strong preference for Agile practitioners.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
