Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end project delivery for commercial developments, managing budgets up to $50M
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors) using BIM technology
- Implement LEED/Green Building protocols to achieve sustainability certifications
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for complex construction scenarios
- Mentor junior project managers through structured development programs
- Forge strategic partnerships with municipal authorities for permit acceleration
- Leverage Prolog and Bluebeam for digital documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (PMP required)
- 10+ years commercial project management experience with $20M+ projects
- OSHA 30 certification and LEED AP BD+C credential
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and construction accounting software
- Proven track record of delivering projects within 5% of budget and schedule
- Expert knowledge of Texas building codes and municipal permitting processes
- Strong negotiation skills for subcontractor agreements and change orders
