Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for cross-functional technology initiatives
- Stakeholder alignment and communication across executive, technical, and client teams
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning for complex project scenarios
- Resource allocation and capacity planning for 10+ person teams
- Financial oversight including budget management and ROI analysis
- Process optimization through Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA implementation
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech environments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven success scaling projects from $500K to $5M+ budgets
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, and Asana
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
