- Risk mitigation and contingency planning for complex technical deployments
- Budget oversight and resource optimization for multi-million dollar projects
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira and Confluence
- Performance analytics reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Cross-functional team leadership of 8-12 technical professionals
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in software development
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven success managing cloud migration or DevOps transformation projects
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, MS Project)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
