Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of cross-functional projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Stakeholder management across C-suite, engineering, product, and client teams
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira and Confluence
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution through data-driven decision making
- Budget management and resource optimization for $2M+ project portfolios
- Process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and delivery velocity
- Mentoring junior PMs and establishing best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/enterprise environments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex SaaS or digital transformation projects
- Expertise in Agile frameworks, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
