Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder engagement and communication across C-suite, engineering, product, and client teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using JIRA, Asana, and PMO frameworks
- Budget oversight ($2M+ projects) with variance analysis and financial reporting
- Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Vendor management and contract negotiation for third-party integrations
- Mentorship of junior PMs and continuous improvement of project delivery processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification required; PRINCE2/Agile PM a plus
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects on-time and within budget
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies with hands-on tool experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities in matrix organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives
