Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with clear milestones, deliverables, and success metrics
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risks with proactive mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular reporting and executive presentations
- Mentor junior project managers and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
