Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage $5M+ budgets with rigorous financial tracking and reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across C-suite, clients, and technical teams
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior PMs and optimize project management frameworks
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience with SaaS/enterprise tech projects
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and MS Project tools
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on-time/on-budget
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
