Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation and planning through execution and closure.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Facilitate regular sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to executive leadership and clients effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Software Development or IT industry (5+ years minimum).
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Expert proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Monday.com.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
