Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and product teams
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while adapting to hybrid project frameworks
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables using JIRA, Asana, and PMO dashboards
- Manage stakeholder communications through executive-level presentations and progress reports
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or CPM certification required
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/fintech
- Proven expertise managing complex software development lifecycles and SaaS deployments
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence)
- Exceptional strategic planning and risk management capabilities
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated team development experience
- Experience with remote team management and global stakeholder coordination
