Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex enterprise projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality constraints
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including risk mitigation strategies and resource allocation
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across departments (engineering, product, marketing) to align objectives and manage expectations
- Implement and optimize agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) while adapting to organizational needs
- Lead project retrospectives and drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate a culture of accountability and innovation
- Monitor project KPIs and provide executive-level reporting on progress and outcomes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with 3+ years in tech/enterprise environments
- PMP or CPM certification required, with Scrum Master/CSM preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects with $1M+ budgets
- Expertise in agile frameworks, JIRA, and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience at executive level
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus
