Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from inception to closure using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Stakeholder engagement and executive communication across global teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution with 95%+ on-time delivery rate
- Budget optimization and resource allocation for complex enterprise programs
- Implementation of Jira/Confluence workflows and PMO standards
- Mentorship of junior project managers and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in enterprise-scale technology deployments
- PMP or CSM certification required (Prince2 acceptable)
- Proven track record managing $1M+ budgets with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello)
- Advanced MS Project/Excel skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or e-commerce verticals preferred
- Strong analytical skills with KPI dashboard development experience
