- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Stakeholder management across departments (engineering, product, marketing, executive)
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and post-project reviews
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT environments
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with PMP or CPM certification
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
