Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that significantly increase value for our clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing expectations and communication effectively.
- Mentor junior project managers and team leads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to minimize impact on timelines.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to adapt to changing requirements and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the IT or Technology sector.
- Proven certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master) is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
