Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from conception through delivery
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using JIRA and Confluence
- Manage cross-functional teams of 8-12 engineers and designers
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive monitoring and mitigation strategies
- Present progress updates to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience in tech environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid frameworks
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Asana, and project management tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience scaling project management processes in high-growth startups
