Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from conception to deployment
- Stakeholder alignment and executive communication across tech, product, and business units
- Resource allocation and budget optimization for 10+ member teams
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning for enterprise-scale projects
- Implementing Agile/Scrum frameworks with Jira and Confluence
- Post-implementation reviews and continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ in tech/fintech
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering $500k+ projects
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and resource planning tools
- Experience leading remote/distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
