- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress against key milestones.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively implementing contingency plans.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to stakeholders and senior management effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Project Management within a technology or software development environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or MSc in Project Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
