Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Generate comprehensive project documentation including status reports and risk registers
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and product teams to ensure alignment
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project success rates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
- Track record of delivering complex technology projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
