Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of enterprise-level digital projects from initiation to closure
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while ensuring compliance with PMI standards
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Track KPIs and deliverables using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Present executive-level progress reports and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in tech/digital transformation
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong background in budget management ($1M+ projects)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with enterprise-level SaaS development
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
