Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Jira/Asana tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects on time/budget
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in risk assessment and budget forecasting
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-cultural collaboration
