Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and production of detailed construction documents.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineering consultants to ensure design integrity.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and client expectations throughout all project phases.
- Direct junior staff and mentor emerging designers in technical detailing and BIM workflows.
- Oversee construction administration, including site visits, RFI responses, and submittal reviews.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and ADA standards.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an NAAB-accredited institution.
- Active AIA licensure in the state of Washington or ability to obtain reciprocity.
- 8+ years of professional experience in commercial or multi-family residential projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in complex building systems and sustainable design practices.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and meet rigorous project milestones.
