Responsibilities
- Lead project teams through all phases of design, from programming and schematic design to construction documentation.
- Manage coordination between consultants, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure design integrity.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawing sets and specifications.
- Ensure project compliance with local building codes, zoning ordinances, and ADA requirements.
- Direct construction administration activities, including site visits and RFI management.
- Mentor junior architectural staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and technical skill-building.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution.
- Professional Licensure (AIA/RA) in the United States required.
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Deep understanding of building systems, structural requirements, and sustainable design (LEED AP preferred).
- Proven track record in managing project budgets and schedules for high-profile builds.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to lead collaborative design workshops.
