Responsibilities
- Lead project teams through all phases of design, from initial programming to final construction documentation.
- Coordinate seamlessly with consultants, engineers, and municipal authorities to ensure code compliance and design integrity.
- Develop innovative design solutions that align with client goals and sustainable building practices.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior architectural staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and technical excellence.
- Oversee construction administration activities, including site visits and RFI/submittal management.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Current architectural license (AIA or equivalent) required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial or multi-family residential architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of IBC/WBC building codes and zoning requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills with a portfolio demonstrating high-end design aesthetic.
