Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical development of complex architectural projects from SD to CA phases.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project alignment with design intent and budget.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed construction document sets and specifications.
- Mentor junior staff and promote high standards of design quality and technical accuracy.
- Ensure project compliance with zoning, building codes, and accessibility requirements.
- Manage project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site visits and field observations to ensure high-quality construction implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Architect (AIA/NCARB) with 8+ years of professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with Rhino or Grasshopper is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of building systems, structural coordination, and envelope performance.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead client-facing meetings.
- Proven track record of managing mid-to-large scale commercial or multi-family residential projects.
- Deep commitment to sustainable design principles and LEED certification processes.
