Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and documentation process for large-scale, complex commercial projects.
- Coordinate seamlessly with engineering consultants, clients, and municipal agencies.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverable timelines to ensure high-quality execution.
- Mentor junior design staff and foster a culture of professional growth and design excellence.
- Oversee construction administration, including site visits and coordination with contractors to ensure design intent.
- Utilize advanced BIM workflows to improve project efficiency and minimize technical risk.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and secure necessary project approvals.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Active Architectural licensure (AIA) in the state of Washington or ability to obtain reciprocity.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of professional experience in an architectural firm environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong background in building codes, zoning regulations, and construction detailing.
- Proven ability to manage complex project teams and high-stakes client relationships.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-design sensibility and successful project delivery.
