Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and documentation process for large-scale commercial and residential projects.
- Manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to design intent and budget constraints.
- Coordinate seamlessly with MEP, structural, and civil engineering consultants.
- Oversee construction administration activities, including site visits and RFI/submittal management.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, planning boards, and community committees.
- Ensure all project deliverables comply with New York City Building Codes and Zoning resolutions.
- Mentor junior designers and architectural staff to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Active Architectural Licensure in the United States (NYS registration preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in high-end commercial or mixed-use architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong technical knowledge of building envelope systems and sustainable construction practices.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary project teams and complex project timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing engagement.
