Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate closely with structural, MEP, and interior designers to ensure cohesive design integration.
- Ensure all designs strictly adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards (LEED).
- Present design concepts and project updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams with clarity and confidence.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and interns, providing technical guidance and professional development.
Qualifications
- Professional Architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) required; licensure (RA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and green building certifications.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design ideas.
