Responsibilities
- Lead the design development process for large-scale commercial and mixed-use projects.
- Manage coordination between clients, consultants, and internal engineering teams.
- Ensure project compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and accessibility standards.
- Mentor junior design staff and oversee the production of high-quality construction documentation.
- Direct construction administration phase, including site visits and RFI management.
- Participate in business development activities and client presentations.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Architect (AIA/NCARB) with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in commercial or high-end residential architecture.
- Deep understanding of building systems, detailing, and sustainable construction practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex project stakeholders.
- Experience with LEED or WELL Building Standard certification processes is highly preferred.
