In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams through the entire lifecycle of complex commercial and luxury residential projects, from initial concept design to final construction administration.

Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from feasibility studies through construction documents.
- Coordinate seamlessly with engineering consultants, clients, and local planning authorities.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure architectural excellence and profitability.
- Oversee construction administration, including site visits, RFI responses, and submittal reviews.
- Mentor junior design staff and foster a culture of technical rigor and creative exploration.
- Develop detailed design packages using advanced BIM workflows.
- Ensure all project phases adhere to zoning codes, ADA requirements, and building standards.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Active Architectural License (AIA/NCARB registration preferred).
- Minimum of 8-12 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong grasp of sustainable design principles and LEED certification processes.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex commercial or high-density residential projects.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to lead client presentations and project meetings.
