We are seeking a visionary Senior Project Architect to join our Seattle studio and lead transformative projects from conception through to construction administration.

Responsibilities
- Lead project teams through all phases of design, from schematic development to construction documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants to ensure structural, MEP, and civil systems are seamlessly integrated.
- Manage client relationships, presenting design concepts and managing project expectations.
- Conduct site visits and field observations to ensure high-quality construction compliance.
- Mentor junior architectural staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and technical mastery.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural specifications and permit sets.
- Ensure project adherence to building codes, ADA regulations, and sustainability standards (LEED/WELL).
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an NAAB-accredited institution.
- Active Architectural License (AIA or equivalent) required.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a professional architectural firm.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building envelope design and modern construction methods.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $10M.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
