Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for high-profile commercial and residential projects
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior design teams
- Develop detailed construction documents and specifications
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders using advanced visualization tools
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture with 5+ years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types and design sensibilities
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- New York State Architectural License required
- Experience in NYC building regulations and permitting processes
