Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end production workflows to ensure timely delivery and zero-defect quality standards.
  • Implement and optimize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies across multiple departments to eliminate waste.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.
  • Analyze real-time operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement strategic cost-saving process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering teams to synchronize material flow with aggressive production schedules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Master Certification is highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Tier 1 ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-million dollar operational budgets and complex KPIs.
