Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production workflows to ensure timely delivery and zero-defect quality standards.
- Implement and optimize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies across multiple departments to eliminate waste.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.
- Analyze real-time operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement strategic cost-saving process improvements.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering teams to synchronize material flow with aggressive production schedules.
- Direct capital expenditure (CapEx) projects for facility upgrades and new automation technology integration.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA regulations and environmental health and safety (EHS) protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Master Certification is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Tier 1 ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-million dollar operational budgets and complex KPIs.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive digital transformation on the factory floor.
