Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations for 50+ employees across 3 manufacturing lines
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency by 15%
- Develop and maintain ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Manage $2M+ annual production budget and vendor relationships
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies
- Coordinate with engineering teams on new product introductions
- Ensure OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 10+ years manufacturing experience with 5+ in leadership
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MES platforms
- Strong background in automotive or heavy industry manufacturing
- Proven track record of reducing production costs and improving throughput
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
