Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure output targets and quality standards are met.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste.
- Collaborate with R&D and procurement to integrate new machinery and automation technologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement effective corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001 and environmental safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports on production performance and capital expenditure for management review.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles.
- Fluency in German and English (Business level C1).
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, SCADA, and industrial automation software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
