Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap based on deep market analysis and user feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Analyze product performance metrics to drive data-informed iteration and feature prioritization.
- Translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centric product specifications.
- Lead discovery workshops and user testing sessions to validate hypotheses early in the development cycle.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of key features from conceptualization to launch and post-release optimization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of shipping successful, high-scale digital products from 0 to 1.
- Expertise in agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and modern product discovery frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
