Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for our flagship SaaS platform.
- Conduct deep-dive user research to identify pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to ship high-impact features with speed and quality.
- Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and ROI.
- Lead cross-functional GTM (Go-To-Market) alignment with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure successful feature adoption.
- Mentor junior product staff and foster a culture of product excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1 or managing complex, scaled enterprise features.
- Exceptional proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
