Responsibilities
- Lead the full product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and post-launch iteration.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of product features.
- Conduct deep-dive user research to uncover pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Advocate for the user experience by balancing technical debt with the delivery of innovative new features.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- Proven track record of shipping successful, high-impact products from ideation to scale.
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in tools like SQL, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present product strategy to leadership and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
