You will bridge the gap between complex user needs and cutting-edge engineering, owning the product roadmap from inception to launch.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our core SaaS platform.
- Conduct deep-dive user research to identify pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Lead cross-functional squads including engineering, design, and data science to ship high-impact features.
- Analyze product performance metrics to iterate on features and drive user retention.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Act as the product evangelist, presenting roadmaps and updates to executive leadership.
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog that balances technical debt with innovative feature development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of shipping successful products from zero to one.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into simple business narratives.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup culture.
